Al&Z Infrastructure And Development is based out of Santhosh Nagar in Hyderabad. Our place is at 17-1-A/12, which is easy enough to find if you know the area. It’s a regular neighborhood with a lot of noise and people moving about. We handle a lot of infrastructure projects, which mostly means a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies like sand and bricks. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some tables, computers, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend a good chunk of our day dealing with the Telangana heat and trying to stay on top of our schedules. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power fluctuates, but we just keep at it anyway. The staff here is pretty small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. It feels more like a family business than anything else. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy meetings and suits. Usually, we are just in plain clothes, drinking tea and trying to figure out the best way to get a job done on time. It can be stressful when a truck is late or a permit takes too long, but that’s just how this business goes. We like being in Santhosh Nagar because it feels real and connected to the city. There is always something happening outside our door, and that keeps us moving.
