Alamere Software Consulting Private Limited is based in Secunderabad. We are at Flat 101, which is on the ground floor of the building at 12-13-455 Street No. 1. This is in the Tarnaka and Lallaguda area. Tarnaka is a pretty busy place because of the metro station and all the traffic coming through from other parts of the city. Our office is a bit tucked away from the main noise though. Being on the ground floor is convenient because we don't have to deal with the stairs or the lift when we are carrying things in. The flat is small but it fits our desks and the few servers we keep. It’s a basic software consulting setup. We spend our days mostly coding and talking to people over the phone. The light in the flat isn't great, so we have to keep the overhead lights on even during the day. We usually get our tea from the place just down the street. Lallaguda has a bit of an old-fashioned feel compared to the newer parts of Hyderabad like Gachibowli. It’s more of a traditional residential area. We like being in Secunderabad because it feels more relaxed in some ways. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a place with a lot of cables and computers where we work. We know the other people in the building, and they know we are the ones who stay late with the lights on. It’s a steady, quiet way to work.
