We are based over in Old Santhosh Nagar Colony, specifically at 17-1-266/9 in the Saidabad area of Hyderabad. It’s an older part of the city, which means things can be a bit cramped and busy, but we like the feel of the neighborhood. Our day starts early here, usually before the main traffic picks up on the local roads. We do a lot of building and development work, mostly focusing on getting things done the right way without taking shortcuts. It’s a lot of manual coordination between the different trades and making sure the site supervisors are on top of things. We aren't really into big marketing campaigns. Most of the people who know us just live around here or have seen our buildings go up over the years. The office is a simple place where we keep our records and handle the boring administrative stuff. We deal with the usual headaches like rain delays or getting the right permits from the municipal offices. It’s just how the business goes. Sometimes it’s stressful, especially when we’re trying to meet a deadline, but we just take it one day at a time. The local tea stalls nearby are where we end up talking most of the business anyway. We’ve been part of this community for a while and we plan on staying. We just try to be honest about what we can do and then we go out and do it.
