Akshoro Kindergarten & Primary School

Akshoro Kindergarten & Primary School is based in the Gangaputra Sangam Building over in Indhra Nagar. If you are in Ramanthapur, it is a fairly easy place to find. We have a mix of very young kids and those who are a bit further along in primary school. This means the building is always a bit noisy, with different ages running around the same halls. The walls have lots of charts with the alphabet and numbers, and some of them have been there for quite a long time. We have a small area where the younger ones can sit on the floor for their stories. The building itself is sturdy and has been around the neighborhood for a while. We spend a lot of our time making sure the little ones stay in their classrooms and don't wander off. During the lunch hour, the smell of home-cooked food fills the whole place because all the kids bring their own tiffins. We don't have any big flashy equipment or modern tech, just some old-fashioned chalkboards and plenty of notebooks. The parents around Indhra Nagar usually walk their kids here and stay to chat at the gate for a few minutes. It is a local spot that feels like part of the community. We keep things simple and try to make sure every student gets their work done before the afternoon bell rings. It's a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes.
