We are located in Sitharam Nagar, which is part of the Sitaphalmandi area. Our building is right behind the Pochamma Temple. Because of that, we hear the temple bells and the prayers quite clearly every day. It’s a relatively quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of the city. To get to us, you have to navigate some of the smaller residential lanes. The space we have is quite basic. We use a few rooms that have sturdy tables and some mismatched chairs. There’s an old bookshelf in the corner filled with textbooks that have been there for years. The walls have some marks on them, and the paint is peeling a little bit in the corners. We don't have any big signs out front, just a small board near the gate. When the power goes out, which happens sometimes, we just open the windows and wait for it to come back. There is a big tree near the entrance that gives some nice shade to the front porch. Most people who come here live in the nearby streets, so it has a very local feel. It’s an honest, simple space without any of the fancy stuff you see in newer buildings. We keep a jug of water on the main table for anyone who is thirsty. It’s just a quiet place to sit and study without much fuss. We open the gate early and close up once the evening prayers start.
