We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We prefer spending our budget on tools and equipment that actually help with the work. The team here is a mix of people who have been in the industry for years and some younger folks learning the ropes. We aren't big on formal meetings; usually, we just talk over things at the desks or while getting water. Nampally is a busy area with a lot of history, and we like being part of that. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, which is frustrating but that’s how it is. Our office door is usually open during normal hours, though we might step out for lunch at odd times.
