We are tucked away in Shivasai Colony, which is part of the Karmanghat area in Rangareddi. It’s a residential-feeling spot, so it’s usually pretty calm compared to the center of Hyderabad. Our office is at Plot No 1, right at 8-2-69/1. It’s an OPC, which means it’s a smaller setup, and we prefer it that way. Being in Jillelguda gives us a bit of a different perspective than if we were in a big commercial hub. We handle tech stuff from here, mostly just sitting at our desks and working through whatever projects come our way. The neighborhood is nice, and we’ve gotten to know the people around Saroornagar over time. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy signs. People usually find out about Akisa Technologies through word of mouth or by just walking past. Inside, it’s just a standard office with the usual equipment. We try to keep things organized, but on busy weeks, papers might pile up a little. It’s just us doing our thing. We don't have a big HR department or complicated rules. If something needs fixing, we fix it. If a client calls, we answer. It’s straightforward work. We like the local vibe of Telangana and being part of this community. It feels more like a workplace should, without all the extra noise you get in the big city centers. The commute is easy for most of us, and that makes a big difference in how we feel.
