AKHILA CONSTRUCTIONS (I) PRIVATE LIMITED has its office in Film Nagar, which is part of the larger Banjara Hills area. The address is H.No.8-2-684/193/18/A/2, over in N B T Nagar. It’s a lively neighborhood, always something happening with the studios nearby and the constant flow of people. Our space is just a regular house turned into an office, which gives it a bit of a homey feel, though it’s definitely all business inside. We’ve got shelves full of project folders and a big table where we spread out our plans. It’s often a bit noisy with the street sounds coming in, but we don’t mind it much. We’ve been working in construction for years, so we’ve seen all the ups and downs of the industry in Hyderabad. We aren't the type of people to sit around and write long speeches about what we do. We’d rather be out checking a foundation or talking to a supplier about a delivery. Our days start early and often end quite late, depending on what’s happening at the sites. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes we’re dealing with a broken pipe or a missing delivery, but that’s just the nature of the job. We keep things simple here. If someone comes by looking for us, they’ll find a group of people who just want to get the building work done properly. We don't have time for anything too fancy or complicated.
