We've been here at Plot No. 9-27/1 in Lalitha Nagar for a bit now. Dilsukhnagar is always busy, and we're right in the middle of it. Akash Technology Network Pvt. Ltd. handles a lot of technical things people need. Mostly networking stuff and tech support for folks around here. It's just a small team of us. We spend most days fixing things or setting up connections. Sometimes it's messy with all the cables and parts lying around. People come in with problems, and we try to sort them out. It's not a fancy office, but we get the job done. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit lately. Dealing with internet stuff can be frustrating for people, so we try to keep things straightforward. No one wants to hear technical words they don't understand. We just tell them what's wrong and how long it'll take to fix. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes with the traffic. We usually have the door open so neighbors can drop by. It's just how we run things. Nothing too formal. If someone needs help with their setup or has a question about a router, they usually know where to find us. We're just trying to keep everyone connected without making a big deal out of it. It’s a lot of work but we enjoy being here. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the pile of things to do. That's just a normal day for us at the shop.
