You can find us at 404-A in the Archana Arcade. It’s right across from the Railway Reservation Complex on St. John’S Road. That whole area is always packed with people trying to get their train tickets, so it’s pretty lively. Akash Engineers Inc. is just a small office up on the fourth floor. We don’t have a massive shop floor here; it’s more about the planning and the paperwork side of things. It gets a bit cramped sometimes with all the drawings and catalogs lying around. The elevator in the building can be a bit temperamental, so a lot of us just end up taking the stairs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at blueprints. It’s not glamorous, but the work is consistent. Being near the station means there’s always somewhere to grab a quick tea or a snack when things get busy. We’ve been in this spot for years and the view of the street below never really changes. We just handle the engineering side of things, making sure the specs are okay before anything goes to production. It’s a lot of double-checking numbers and talking to suppliers. We aren't a huge corporation, just a few people in a room trying to get the technical stuff finished for the clients we have. It keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
