Our office is located at H No Mig C 2, which is near the Officer's Colony in the A S Rao Nagar area of Hyderabad. It’s a residential-feeling spot, which makes it feel more like a home than a stiff workplace. We are a small team of associates who have been working together for a while now. Most of our days are spent sitting around a big wooden table, going through documents and talking about different cases or projects. It gets a bit loud when we all start debating something, but that is just how we work through things. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby with a fountain. You just walk in and you're pretty much in the middle of where everything happens. We know the people in the colony well, and we often see them when we step out for a break. It's a simple, honest way to run a professional practice. We handle a lot of different tasks, and our desks show it—they are usually a bit of a mess with pens, files, and half-empty water bottles. We aren't worried about looking perfect. We just care about getting the work done for the people who trust us. It gets busy during the afternoons, but we usually find time for a quick tea. It keeps us going until we finish up and head home for the evening.
