Our place, Ak Estates And Construction Privatelimited, is located in the Banjara Hills area. Specifically, we are at H.No:8-2-293/81E on Road No 12, which is inside MLA Colony. It's a nice part of the city to work in. We have been in this building for a while now. Most days involve us sitting around the table discussing different construction jobs and estate matters. The street outside can get a bit crowded with cars, especially during the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We don't have a big sign or anything, just a normal door. Inside, it's mostly just our small team working on files and talking to people who come by. Being in MLA Colony means it's relatively quiet compared to the main roads, which we like. We often have coffee together in the break area while we plan out what needs to happen next at the sites. Construction keeps us on our toes, so the office is a bit of a home base for us. It’s not a shiny corporate space, just a practical one where we get things done. We know the neighbors pretty well. Hyderabad is always changing, and being in Banjara Hills lets us see a lot of that growth firsthand. We just show up every day, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. It's a steady life here and we just keep at it.
