AK BONAM CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is located out toward the Narsingi side of things. We’re in Ashoka Liviano, right on the Puppalaguda Narsingi Service Road. Our office is Flat No 404, Part B. This whole area has exploded with new buildings lately, so we’re right in the middle of all the action. You can hear the construction sounds from the service road all day long. We’re on the fourth floor, so we get a decent view of the traffic and the new towers going up nearby. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got a few desks, some computers that are getting a bit slow, and a lot of rolled-up blueprints in the corner. We spend most of our time trying to coordinate between the engineers and the guys on the ground. It’s a lot of back-and-forth and sometimes things get a bit chaotic, but we manage. We aren't into the whole corporate polish. Our shoes are usually a bit muddy from the site, and we’re more likely to be wearing work shirts than suits. It’s just how we operate. We moved to this Sy 277 location because it puts us right where the growth is happening. It’s a busy life, and we don't have much time for fancy talk. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home before the traffic gets too bad. Most days we are just trying to keep the site schedules from slipping.
