Ajay Developers

Our office is on the first floor of 73/A, right on Yadav Nagar Main Road in Malkajgiri. Being on the main road means there’s always noise from the traffic and the shops downstairs, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Ajay Developers isn't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller group of people who focus on local building projects. We spend quite a bit of our time out at the construction sites, so the office is sometimes quiet during the middle of the day. But usually, someone is around to take a message or talk through a plan. Malkajgiri is a busy place, and we like being in the heart of it. It feels real. We do a lot of the planning and paperwork from this first-floor space. The stairs are a bit steep, so you have to watch your step coming up. Once you’re inside, it’s just a normal workspace. There are desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of rolled-up drawings. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have going on. It’s hard work and sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or the rain stopping a build, but we deal with it as it comes. We’ve been part of this community for a while now and plan on staying put in our little corner of Malkajgiri for the foreseeable future.
