We’ve got our place set up at 5-9-24/79 in Basheerbagh. Being in the 500001 area means we’re right in the heart of Hyderabad. It’s always busy outside, cars honking and people moving fast. AJ&RAIT CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED has been operating from here, trying to keep up with the demand for new buildings. Our office isn’t huge, but it works for what we need. We handle a lot of the planning and the numbers here before we head out to the sites. It can be a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but we make it work. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just local people who know how to put bricks and mortar together. The address has stayed the same while the buildings around us have changed. Basheerbagh is a landmark area, so it’s easy for our suppliers to find us. We take things one day at a time. Some projects are easy, some are a real headache, but that’s just the nature of construction. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. We just show up and do the job. Telangana is a big place, but we mostly stick to the city and the surrounding spots. It’s a lot of hours and a lot of coffee, but we like what we do. It’s a solid way to make a living in Hyderabad.
