Aisola Tech Llp is located in Nampally, right across from the Criminal Court at House Number 11-6-646. Being near the court means the area is constantly busy with lawyers, people attending hearings, and lots of street vendors. It’s a high-energy part of Hyderabad. Our office is in an older building that has a lot of character, even if the lift is a bit temperamental sometimes. We occupy a space that’s been fitted out with what we need for our tech work. It’s a bit of a contrast, doing modern technical work in an area that feels so traditional and established. You can hear the sounds of the city all day long, from the traffic to the shouting of vendors. Inside, we’ve tried to make it as comfortable as possible. We have our desks, some filing cabinets that are mostly full of old papers, and a small area for making coffee. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few calendars and some notes pinned up. We don’t have a formal dress code, so you’ll see us in whatever is comfortable for the weather. Most of us take the bus or the metro because parking around the court is nearly impossible. We spend our hours going through data and writing scripts. It’s a steady rhythm. When the court closes for the day, the area quietens down a bit, and that’s often when we get our most focused work done.
