Aishwarya Ventures Private Limited

Aishwarya Ventures Private Limited is tucked away in Banjara Hills, specifically over at Dattal Place. We are in the Jyothi Blooms building, which is part of the Shaikpet area. Banjara Hills is a pretty well-known spot, but our corner is a bit quieter than the main roads. We deal with various ventures and property things. It’s mostly about finding the right plots and seeing what can be done with them. Our office is a simple setup. We have a few desks, some computers, and usually a lot of rolled-up maps and plans lying around. We don’t go in for the whole high-end corporate look. It’s more of a place where we can sit down and actually get some work done. The team here is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We handle the paperwork, talk to the architects, and try to keep the projects on schedule. Sometimes the deadlines get tight and we end up staying late, but that’s just the nature of the work. We aren't making any big promises about changing the world or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything is done the way it’s supposed to be. It’s a lot of small steps that eventually lead to something bigger. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a while and like the atmosphere here. It suits us just fine for the kind of work we do.
