Aishwarya Tom Pvt Ltd is located inside the Smart Commercial Complex, specifically at 3C in the Samrat area of Saifabad. It’s a bit of a maze in this building sometimes. You have to find the right corridor to get to our door. We’ve got a decent setup here, though it’s nothing overly fancy. We just have what we need to get through the workday. Saifabad is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside. The office itself is usually full of papers and people talking over each other to get things sorted. We don’t really go in for those long-winded meetings where nothing gets decided. We just talk about what needs doing and then we do it. It’s a simple way to run things, but it keeps us moving. We’ve been at this for a while and the team knows the routine. Sometimes the elevators in the complex take forever, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us awake. We don't have a receptionist sitting at a big desk waiting for people. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to make sure the work is finished on time. It’s just a group of us working hard in a practical space. That’s about it for us here in the Samrat building. We stay busy.
