Aiob Technosoft Private Limited operates out of Gachibowli, specifically in Phase 4 at House Number MIG 88 in the A.P.H.B Colony. Gachibowli is usually known for those massive glass buildings, but we are in a more established, residential-style colony area. It feels a bit more like a home than a strict office building. We have a few rooms set up with our gear and some whiteboard space for scribbling down ideas. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they could use a fresh coat of paint, but they do the job for now. Since we are in an MIG house, the layout is a bit different than a standard floor plan. We have different teams in different rooms, which helps when we need to concentrate. There’s a small front area where we sometimes stand and talk during breaks. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try not to make too much noise in the evenings. Finding a parking spot on the street can be a bit of a gamble depending on what time you show up. We’ve got a routine down now where we get in, check the lists, and start coding or fixing whatever is broken. It’s a straightforward environment. No one wears suits here; it’s mostly just jeans and t-shirts. We keep some snacks in the kitchen area, though they disappear pretty fast. It’s just a regular group of people doing tech work in a regular neighborhood.
