Aimwel Technologies Private Limited is right here in Pragathinagar, on the first floor of Plot 176. It’s a busy part of Medchal Malkajgiri, and you can usually hear the street noise if the windows are open. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks, computers, and a small area where we keep the kettle. Most mornings start with someone complaining about the traffic on the way in, which is pretty standard for this side of town. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and trying to figure out technical problems that pop up throughout the day. It’s mostly just us working through tasks and taking short breaks to stretch our legs. There’s a tea stall just down the road that we visit often when the afternoon slump hits. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but you get used to them after a week or two. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist greeting people at the door. It’s just the team sitting together, getting through the workload. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we’re all in at the same time, but we make it work. It’s a plain space where the focus is just on the jobs we have on our plates. We don’t really do big meetings unless something really needs a long talk. Most of the time, we just shout across the room if we need help with something.
