Being in a flat on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding colony, which is nice when you need a break from looking at a screen. It’s a residential-style building, so the office doesn't feel cold or clinical. It feels like a place where people actually spend time. We have our desks set up in the main rooms of the flat. It’s a bit tight sometimes, especially when we have a lot of materials or if a few people are talking at once, but we make it work. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't have a dress code or a big shiny sign in the lobby. Most people who come here are looking for the Challa Ssjram Phani connection or just the Madhava Towers building in general. Kapra is a decent part of Hyderabad to be in. It has everything we need nearby. We spend our days here dealing with our consulting work and training schedules. It’s a straightforward setup where we focus on being practical and getting things right for the people we work with. No big corporate speeches, just us in room 503 making things happen. We like the local feel of the colony and the fact that we can just walk down for a quick snack whenever we need one.
