We are Aikia Solutions, and we’ve been set up here for a good amount of time. The office is a bit old-fashioned, with heavy doors and windows that sometimes stick when it rains. We do a lot of solution-based work, which mostly involves sitting at our desks and figuring out puzzles for our clients. It isn't a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy. The colony is a nice place to be, even if the traffic in Hyderabad can be a total nightmare during the rush hours. We usually have a pot of tea going in the corner, and the walls are covered with notes and calendars. We don't have a fancy mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to make sure everything is right before we leave. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, but mostly we stick to a regular schedule. The neighbors know us, and we know the local shops. It feels like a real part of the community here in Andhra Pradesh. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that people can come to when they need something sorted out.
