Agwin Technologies Private Limited

Our workplace is Agwin Technologies Private Limited, and you will find us on the 8th floor of the EIPL Apila apartments in Shankarpally. Being in Flat No B-808 gives us a pretty good view of the surrounding area in K.V. Rangareddy. Shankarpally is a bit quieter than the center of Hyderabad, which is nice because it is easier to concentrate on the tech work we have to finish. The commute can be a bit of a stretch for some of the staff, but once we are up here in the apartment-turned-office, it is a good environment. We have set up several workstations along the walls and there is always a stack of papers and some half-empty coffee mugs sitting around. It is a very informal place. We don't have a dress code or anything, so most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable. We spend the day working through various technology tasks, talking through problems over the desk dividers, and occasionally complaining about the elevator being slow. It’s just a group of people trying to build things and keep the systems running. We don't have a big HR department or fancy lunchroom. We just eat at our desks or go out together once in a while. It’s a straightforward setup where we focus on the work at hand and try to stay productive throughout the week in our little corner of Telangana.
