You can find Aggne Global It Services on the third floor of the Ncl Ganga Plaza. We are in Flat 301, which is right above the IDBI Bank in Petbasheerabad. Being in the Kompally area is nice because it is not as crowded as the middle of Hyderabad. The office is a straightforward space with white walls and a lot of desks pushed together. We do not have any fancy lounge areas or ping pong tables. It is mostly just a bunch of people on their laptops. We have a small area where we can make some tea or eat our lunch. The building is usually pretty busy with people going to the bank or the other offices. Sometimes the parking lot gets full and we have to park a bit further away. We are a pretty quiet group for the most part, though it gets a bit chatty during the afternoon break. We do not follow any strict corporate rules about how to talk or what to wear. It is just about getting the IT work done correctly. Most of us have been working together for a few years now, so we have a good rhythm. The office is a bit plain, but it is functional and has enough light. We just come in every morning, do what is on the schedule, and then head home. It is a normal job in a normal office building.
