After School

After School is located at Flat No 103 in Pavithra Residency. This is in the Vivekananda Puram area of Sainikpuri. We are tucked right behind Bhavans School and near the local Community Hall. Being so close to a major school like Bhavans makes a lot of sense for what we do. The flat is a comfortable space where we’ve set up some tables and a few shelves for books. It doesn’t feel like an office at all; it feels like a place where you’d actually want to spend time after a long day. The residency is a quiet building for the most part, though you can hear the kids playing outside in the afternoons. We don't have a fancy reception or any of that corporate stuff. We just have a door that’s usually open and a few rooms where the work gets done. The light in Sainikpuri is usually quite nice through the windows. Our staff is small, just a couple of us who manage the daily routine of checking schedules and talking to parents. We often walk over to the community hall for events or just to get some fresh air. It’s a very low-key operation. We aren't trying to expand into a giant chain or anything. We just like our spot here in Pavithra Residency and the fact that we can help out the families in Vivekananda Puram without making things too complicated.
