Affiliated Services

Affiliated Services is the name we go by. We have things going on in both India and Dubai. It’s a bit of a stretch between the two places, but we make it work. It’s just what it sounds like, a mix of different service tasks we handle. We don’t have one big central office that looks like a skyscraper. It’s more about the people we have in both locations. Dealing with the UAE side means we have to keep track of the time difference. Sometimes we’re up early to talk to people in Dubai, and other times they’re waiting on us in India. It’s a lot of coordination. We do various types of support work. It’s not just one thing. One day it might be paperwork, the next it’s something else entirely. We keep it pretty low-key. No big flashy marketing or anything like that. Just some folks working across borders to get things finished. It can be a bit of a headache with the different regulations and ways of doing things in India or Dubai, but we've been doing it long enough to know the ropes. Most of us just work from our regular desks and use the phone a lot. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't overthink it. Just keep moving forward and making sure the work is finished. It’s a simple setup for a job that sounds complicated but really isn't. We just try to stay on top of the emails and the calls every day. It's how we manage.
