Aechivo Technology Private Limited is tucked away in Flat No 101 at Shanthi Nagar Cross Road No 3. If you know the Masab Tank area, specifically Humyayunagar, you probably know how the traffic can be. We’ve been here for a bit now, working out of this apartment-turned-office. It’s not a fancy glass building, but it works for us. We have enough space for our desks and a small kitchen where we make way too much tea. The team here is pretty small. We all know each other well. When a project comes in, we just divide up the parts and get started. There isn't a lot of hierarchy or people telling you what to do every second. We just know what needs to happen. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains, and we all just take a break and chat. We don't have a big marketing budget or a dedicated sales team. Most people hear about us from someone else who used our services. We handle tech stuff, mainly software and troubleshooting, and we try to do it without making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s a practical way to work. We like the neighborhood because there are plenty of small shops nearby for snacks. It’s just a normal office with normal people doing their best every day. We don't really have any big egos here, just hard workers trying to get things done.
