If you are looking for us, we are on the first floor at 14/A in P S Nagar. This is right in the Masab Tank area of Hyderabad, which anyone around here knows is a very busy spot. The traffic outside is almost never quiet, and you can hear the bikes and cars zooming past all day long. We started this computer business because we like working with hardware and fixing things. It’s not a large place, just enough room for our workbenches and some shelves for parts and old monitors. We spend a lot of time looking at motherboards and trying to figure out why a system won’t boot up. Sometimes it’s just a loose cable, other times it’s much worse. The shop gets a bit cluttered with cables and spare keyboards, but we know where everything is. Hyderabad can get really hot, so we keep the fans going at full speed most of the year. People from the nearby offices often drop by when their laptops start acting up or if they need a quick upgrade. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free at the bench. It is a simple setup but it works for us. We just try to stay on top of the repairs and keep the shop running smoothly without making things more complicated than they need to be for our customers.
