Ads Softek Private Limited is tucked away in Moti Nagar Extension over in the Erragadda area of Hyderabad. If you know this part of the city, you know it can get pretty crowded and loud with all the traffic and people moving about. Our address at 13-1-64/1 is where we spend most of our time. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the office is usually filled with the sound of keyboards clicking. We do software work, which basically means we spend a lot of time staring at screens and trying to find where a piece of code went wrong. It isn't always exciting, but it’s what we do. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we go when we need a break from the monitors. Hyderabad is a big tech city, but we are just a small part of it in our little corner of Andhra Pradesh—or Telangana now, though the old addresses still stick around. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just try to get the software running right so the clients don't have to call us back with complaints. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so the AC is usually struggling to keep up. We just keep our heads down and work until the job is finally finished.
