Our small team at Adroitec Information Systems Lyd is tucked away in Nehru Nagar, specifically in the Kachiguda area of Hyderabad. It’s more of a residential-looking spot, at House No D 315 by D Venkatesh's. It can be a bit hard to find if you don’t know the lanes around Kamela. We share space here and it feels quite local and friendly. You can hear all the neighborhood sounds through the windows all day, like people talking or the sounds of daily life outside. Kachiguda is a pretty old part of town with a lot of history and character. There’s a lot of movement outside with people going to the station or the nearby market. Inside, we just have our basic setup for the information systems work we do. It’s definitely not a big glass building or a corporate tower. Just a standard place with desks and a small area where we have our lunch. The walls are just a plain off-white color and we have some old files stacked up in the corners. Getting here from other parts of Hyderabad takes some time because the roads can be quite narrow and crowded. We usually park our scooters out front where there is a little bit of room. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don’t have a big reception desk or people wearing suits. It’s just us doing the daily tasks that need to get done. Sometimes it’s noisy, sometimes it’s quiet, depending on what’s happening in the street. We’ve really gotten used to the rhythm of this neighborhood.
