Finding a specific house number can be a bit of a challenge the first time, but we’ve been here long enough that the neighbors can usually point you in the right direction. We work out of a relatively small space that is mostly filled with computers and servers. It’s an information systems business, so we don't need a lot of heavy machinery, just good connections and space to sit. The office gets pretty lively during the day. We have people coming in and out, and there’s always someone troubleshooting a software issue or working on a data set. We don't have a corporate culture in the traditional sense; we just have a group of people who are good at what they do and work well together. The noise from the street sometimes drifts in, but it just feels like part of being in Hyderabad. We aren't interested in sounding like a giant multinational. We’re just a local office handling tech work for people who need it. It’s practical, it’s a bit messy at times with all the wires, but it’s where we get things done every day without any unnecessary fluff.
