Our office is located at H.No:15-8-330/1 in Feelkhana, right in the heart of the Begumbazar area in Hyderabad. If you know this part of the city, you know it’s always crowded and full of life. It’s a very traditional place to do business. We’ve been working out of this building for a long time now. The streets outside are usually packed with rickshaws and delivery trucks, so it gets quite loud. Inside, we focus on various information services. It’s mostly computer work and handling data for different clients. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a group of people sitting at their desks doing the work that needs to be finished. Sometimes the internet acts up or it gets too hot, but we just keep going. We know most of the shopkeepers nearby and often grab tea from the stall around the corner. It feels like we are part of the old Hyderabad fabric here. We don’t really spend money on big advertisements. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our name on the gate. It’s a simple operation, really. We handle the paperwork, the digital files, and the phone calls without making a big fuss about it. Every day brings something a bit different, which keeps it interesting for all of us. We just show up and get through the list.
