Adro Apps Limited Liability Partnership is situated in Banjara Hills. Specifically, we’re in Flate No 103/B over at My Fair Gardens. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad-Rangareddi, and there is always something going on outside. Being in an apartment complex for work is actually quite nice because it feels less like a sterile office and more like a real place. We’ve got our computers set up and some whiteboards for sketching out ideas. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have a lot of extra space, but we make it work with what we have. Most of the team lives nearby, so we don't have to deal with the worst of the city's traffic every single day. We spend a lot of time on our laptops, making sure the apps we’re building actually do what they’re supposed to do. It’s a lot of trial and error. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. There’s a lot of coffee involved. We don’t really do big meetings or fancy presentations here. Usually, we just huddle around someone’s screen and figure things out together. The gardens around the building are a good place to clear your head when the code starts looking like gibberish. We like being in this part of town. It’s central and easy for people to find us. We’re just a small group doing our thing in a flat, trying to keep up with the fast pace of the tech world.
