We are based at Hno 2 3 655 19 in New Durga Nagar. You can find us right opposite the Sivanand Hotel on Alicafe Road in Amberpet. Rajanarsaiah is the name associated with this spot. As the Admin Incharge Hr, the work here is mostly about people and the never-ending paperwork. Amberpet is a lively area and being near the hotel makes it pretty easy to explain where we are to people who aren't from around here. The office is just a normal room where we keep our files and computer. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a local place where we handle HR and admin duties. We see a lot of people coming and going because of the location and the hotel. The hotel across the street is a good landmark for us. We’ve been in New Durga Nagar for a bit now. Our day-to-day is pretty standard, answering calls, sorting out staff issues, and keeping the records straight. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic on Alicafe Road, but we’re used to it by now. It’s just how it is working in this part of town. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just try to get the hiring and the office management done right. Most days we are just buried in folders. We make tea in the afternoon and keep going until the work is finished. It’s a busy life here in Amberpet.
