We are located at 3-6-830 on Nandamuri Road, right in the heart of Brindavan Colony in Sriram Nagar. It’s a pretty busy residential area, so we have people passing by all the time. Our work is all about food, but it isn't like a restaurant where you sit down to eat. We spend our time preparing things, checking ingredients, and making sure everything is packaged up right. The smell of whatever we are making that day usually drifts out onto Nandamuri Road. Sometimes it’s spices, and other times it’s something sweet. The kitchen area is where most of the action happens. We have large pots and various machines that take up most of the space. It’s a lot of cleaning and a lot of standing on your feet for hours. We try to keep things moving so the food stays fresh. The neighbors in Brindavan Colony are mostly used to our delivery vans coming and going. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. Just a practical workspace where we can get the job done. Sometimes the heat in the kitchen gets to be a bit much during the summer, but we just open the back doors and keep going. We buy our supplies from local markets when we can. It’s a lot of hard work, but seeing the finished products go out the door makes it feel like we’ve accomplished something useful for the day. It is just basic food work.
