Aditya Enterprises is based right here in Hyderabad. We don't have a specific landmark like a flyover or a petrol bunk in our address, but we are well-settled in the city. Running a business in a place as big as Hyderabad means you are always on your toes. We handle a variety of things, mostly acting as a middleman or a supplier for different needs. Our day usually starts with checking what came in the day before and seeing what needs to go out today. It’s a lot of logistics and talking to people across the city. The heat in Hyderabad can be tough, especially in the summer months when the office feels like an oven, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We have a small team, and we all know what we need to do. There isn't any corporate hierarchy here; we just work together to make sure everything is sorted. Sometimes things get delayed because of the traffic or a late delivery, but that is just part of living here. We have built up a lot of local connections over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world; we just want to do a decent job for the people who rely on us. It’s a simple way of working, based on showing up and doing what needs to be done. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the city’s economy and we are still standing.
