Aditi Housing and Constructions Private Limited is found over at 8-1-293/92/9 in Dwaraka Nagar. This is in the Shaikpet area of Hyderabad and it’s a place we know really well. The office is situated in a spot that makes it easy for us to reach different parts of the city without too much trouble, though the traffic near Shaikpet can be a real headache in the evenings. We started this company because we wanted to do construction work that felt local and straightforward. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Telangana, just a group of people who know how to build houses and buildings. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet with the guys who work on the sites. We spend a lot of time walking through half-finished buildings and checking on the plumbing and wiring. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when there are delays with the government permissions or the materials don't arrive on time. We just take it one day at a time and try to solve the problems as they come up. We don't have a bunch of salespeople calling everyone up. Most of our work comes from word of mouth and people seeing what we have already built in the neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks.
