Adhiroh Softech Private Limited has its home at Plot No. A-36 on Road No. 06 in Film Nagar. Jubilee Hills is a well-known part of Hyderabad, so it’s a good place to be based. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the pace of the neighborhood. It’s not a huge office building, just a practical space where we can focus on our software work. The team is small, and we all know each other well. Most days start with someone bringing in snacks or just catching up on what happened over the weekend before we dive into the coding. We don't have a human resources department with a hundred rules; we just expect everyone to do their part. Film Nagar has a lot of energy, and being on Road 6 keeps us right in the middle of things without it being too loud all the time. Telangana is a big place for tech, but we like keeping our corner of it a bit more personal and less corporate. We don’t go in for big meetings that last for hours. We usually just talk over the desks when something needs fixing. It’s an honest way to run a business, and it keeps us grounded. We’ve had some long nights here when deadlines were close, but that’s just part of the job. We're just a bunch of regular people working in software.
