We are situated in Kondapur at Aditya Odyssey, Silpa Park. Our office is room 401. It’s a decent spot in the Serilingampally area. Adgrex Solutions (Opc) Private Limited is just a small outfit. We handle IT solutions for various needs. The office isn't very big, so we're all pretty close to each other. We’ve got a couple of plants that we forget to water sometimes. It’s not a polished corporate space. We have wires running across the floor and piles of notebooks everywhere. Kothaguda is a busy part of the city, so there’s always noise from the street. We’ve been working here for a while now. We don't have a big HR department or fancy titles. We just do whatever needs to be done. Sometimes the work is boring, sometimes it's interesting. That’s just how it goes. We try to be straightforward with our clients. No hidden meanings or fancy talk. We just fix what's broken and build what’s needed. It's a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. Hyderabad is a good place for this kind of work. We’re just local people putting in the hours. The tea stall downstairs is where we spend our breaks. It's not the most modern office in the world, but it's where we feel comfortable. We just focus on the code and the technical stuff and try to stay out of the way.
