We’ve been here at Saraswati Niwas in Domalguda for a while now. It’s an old house, H No 1 2 330, and it doesn't really look like a corporate office from the outside, which we kind of like. Hyderabad gets pretty hot, especially in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going and try to get through the paperwork before it gets too stuffy. Most of us walk in from the nearby streets or take an auto. The area is busy, but once you step inside our gate, things quiet down a bit. We handle the Accenture Services Pvt Ltd side of things here, mostly just keeping track of schedules and making sure everything is where it should be. There isn't a fancy cafeteria, so we usually just head out to the local spots for some tea and a quick bite. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We don’t have any big signs or posters on the walls. It is just a workspace with some desks, chairs, and a lot of files. Most days are pretty much the same. We show up, do the tasks that are waiting for us, and head home when the sun starts to go down. It is a practical setup for the team. We know the neighbors, and they know us, which makes it feel less like a big company and more like a small part of the Domalguda community.
