D-1710 - Keerthi Apparels

Our office is in the Ashiana Apartments, specifically room 201 in the A-block. Being in an apartment building for a business like Keerthi Apparels is interesting. We are right near the Income Tax Towers in Hyderabad, so the area is always packed with cars and people in a hurry. We handle clothes, but it’s more about the logistics and sorting side of things here. The space is a bit tight because we have so many samples and documents everywhere. You have to watch where you step sometimes. We use the lift a lot to move bags of garments up and down. The security guard downstairs knows us well because of all the deliveries. It’s a bit of a maze getting to the back office. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the long afternoons. Hyderabad summers are no joke, so the AC is usually running full blast. We aren't a big shop where you can just walk in and browse. It’s more of a workspace for the behind-the-scenes stuff. We spend a lot of time on the computer or checking through plastic bags of stock. Sometimes we lose a pen or a stapler in the mess, but we find it eventually. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us going. We’re just regular people trying to keep the business moving in a big city and making sure everything is counted correctly.
