We are based at Villa No. 44 in the Subishi Waterford area of Mokila. It’s out in Shankarpally Mandal, which is a bit of a drive from the center of Hyderabad, but we prefer the quiet. Being in Rangareddi gives us plenty of room to think and work on our ventures and property projects. The office is basically just a room in the villa where we keep all our records and maps. It doesn’t look like those big glass buildings in the city, and we like it that way. We spend a lot of our time checking on plots and making sure all the government filings are in order. It’s a lot of back-and-forth work. Sometimes the roads out here get muddy during the rain, and it makes getting to site a bit of a chore, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work properly and keep things moving. Our neighbors in the Waterford complex know us well enough. We often have people stop by just to ask about how the land prices are changing in Mokila. We don't have a formal reception or anything, so you usually just find us at our desks or talking on the phone with contractors. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping things simple and direct. That’s just how we operate.
