We are located on the first floor of PMR Plaza, right in Thakur Mansion Lane. If you know Somajiguda, you know it gets pretty packed during the day. Our office is at 6-3-680/8/3, which is Pno-03 if you’re looking at the old maps. We’ve been here at Abc Rj Land 01 Private Limited for a while, just working on various land projects around the city. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep, but it’s a good spot once you’re inside. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some maps and calendars to keep track of everything. The team is small, and we mostly just handle the paperwork and the planning for the sites we manage. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking documents, to be honest. Somajiguda is a busy hub, so there's always something happening outside our window. We try to keep things simple here. No big corporate meetings or anything like that, just sitting around the table and figuring out the next steps for the land. Sometimes the tea guy from downstairs comes up and we take a break. It's a regular workplace with regular people trying to make a living in Hyderabad. We’ve been through a few rainy seasons in this office now, and we know exactly where the roof might drip if it pours. We just do our best with the work we have and keep going.
