We run a transport hiring service from our place at H No 5-52 in Malabasthi. It’s located in the Raidurgam area, under Serilingampally. We’ve been involved in this for a while now. Most of our work is about getting vehicles to people who need them. It’s a busy job because the phone rings at all hours. We don't have a big corporate office; we mostly work out of our home. It's a practical way to do things since we are a small operation. The neighborhood is a bit crowded, and parking can be a real problem sometimes. We have to keep track of where all the drivers are and when the vehicles are coming back. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes a truck breaks down or a driver is late, and then we have to scramble to fix things. That’s just the nature of the transport business in Telangana. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy websites. People usually find out about us through word of mouth. We know the roads around Serilingampally very well. We’ve lived here for years and seen how much the traffic has grown. It’s a tough business but it keeps us going. We just try to stay on top of the schedule. There’s always a lot of paperwork with permits and logs that need to be filled out. We just do our best to keep everything moving. It's just us working hard every day.
