Our shop is located at 8-4-549/25 in Netaji Nagar, right in the Erragadda area of Hyderabad. It is a busy spot and there is always a lot of noise from the street outside. We have been here for a good while now, working out of this small space. Most days you will find us hunched over a desk fixing computers or trying to sort out software problems for people who walk in. The walls are lined with old parts and boxes that we haven't gotten around to throwing away yet. It is not a very fancy office, just a practical place where we get things done. We have a couple of plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait. The light in here isn't the best, so we use desk lamps to see the small parts clearly. Erragadda is a crowded place, so parking nearby is always a bit of a headache for our visitors. We usually get our tea from the stall at the corner twice a day. The fan on the ceiling makes a clicking sound but it keeps the air moving. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. We like the neighborhood because everyone knows each other. Sometimes people just stop by to say hello or ask a quick question about their phone. We just try to be helpful and keep the machines running.
