AARUSHI ELAKSHI INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED

We spend most of our time at the office on Plot No 83 in Srinagar Colony. Thirumulgherry is a busy area but our little corner is usually quiet enough to get things done. Aarushi Elakshi Infra Private Limited started because we saw how much construction was happening around us and wanted to be part of it. We are just a small group of people who show up every morning and look at site plans. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and talk about the next steps for a project. Other days it feels like the phone never stops ringing. Dealing with labor and materials is always a headache but that is just how this business goes. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just desks, a few computers, and a lot of paper. People from the neighborhood sometimes stop by to ask what we are working on. We try to keep things simple here. If someone needs a project managed or some infrastructure work handled, we see if it fits our schedule. We have been in this spot for a while now and know the local roads well. It is not always easy work. There are delays with rain or getting permits, but we just keep moving forward. We are not a giant corporation, just some local folks trying to build things right. We don't mind the long hours as long as the work gets finished.
