Aaes Engineering

Our office for Aaes Engineering is located in the Ppr Lake View Residency, specifically Flat No. 5 on the ground floor. It’s in Viveknagar, which is near the Shivalayam in Kukatpally. Hyderabad is a big place, but this little corner feels a bit more like a neighborhood. We do engineering work right from this flat, which keeps things grounded and simple. It's not a huge skyscraper office, just a practical space where we look at drawings and figure out project details. Being near the temple means we hear the bells sometimes, which is a nice break from the computer screens. We handle different types of engineering tasks, mostly focusing on the technical side of things. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to finishing a design. We started here because it was convenient, and we’ve just stayed as the business grew. It feels more personal working out of a residency like this. You get to know the people living around you. We don’t spend money on big signs or flashy brochures. We just focus on the work sitting on our desks. Sometimes the office gets crowded with files and rolls of paper, but that’s just how engineering goes. We like being in Kukatpally because it’s a central enough spot for our clients to find us without too much trouble. It is a very straightforward way to run a business in A.P.
