Aadhya Gruha Nirman LLP is based at H.No 2/3/479/A in Sainagar II, right on Road No 3 in Nagole. It’s a nice enough spot, and we’ve been here for a bit now. We mostly handle local housing and building work around this part of the city. Our office is pretty modest, just a few rooms where we can sit down and talk through our plans. Usually, you’ll find some dusty boots by the door and a pot of tea on the stove. We aren't big on corporate rules or fancy titles. Most of us just pitch in where we’re needed, whether that’s looking at a site or dealing with the guys at the supply yard. Nagole is a busy area, so there’s always something to keep us occupied. We like the fact that we can walk to get lunch and see people we know. Our way of working is pretty simple. We look at what needs to be done, we give a price, and then we do the work. If something goes wrong, like the weather turning bad or a machine breaking down, we just tell folks the truth and get back to it as soon as we can. We aren't interested in making ourselves sound bigger than we are. We are just a local crew that knows how to build and we take pride in getting the job finished without too much drama. That’s about all there is to it with us.
