We’ve been based out here in Balaji Nagar for a while now. Plot No 55 and 56 is where we spend most of our days, right in the Ahmedguda area of Keesara. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a regular place where we get our work done at Aadhvired Solutionsprivate Limited. The commute to this part of Hyderabad can be a bit much during peak hours, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Usually, things are pretty quiet around here, which helps when you need to focus. A few of us have been together since the start. We started with just a couple of desks and a lot of coffee. The office is simple. We didn't spend much on decor because we figured the work matters more than the curtains. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is just part of living in this area, but we manage. You’ll mostly find us staring at screens or talking through some problem we’re trying to fix. It feels like a real local spot. We know the tea seller down the road and the people in the nearby plots. It’s just a group of people trying to build something decent without making too much noise about it. We don't have a big corporate lobby, just a door and some people who know what they're doing. It’s practical and it works for us.
