99 Greencity LLP is based over at Plot No 1203 in Jubilee Hills. We’re in the Shaikpet area of Hyderabad. It’s a nice part of town, though it can get pretty crowded during rush hour. Our office is where we handle all the details for our city projects. We’ve got a small team that’s been working together for a while now. We don't have any flashy signs or a big reception desk. It’s just a place with computers and some chairs where we can talk through our plans. We spend a lot of time on the phone with different people trying to get things lined up. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes they don't, which is just how it is in this industry. We don't use any of those corporate talk you hear from the big firms. We’re just regular people trying to run a business. Our address in Jubilee Hills is pretty easy to navigate once you’re in the neighborhood. We focus on the practical side of building and land. There’s always a lot of paperwork to deal with, and we try to keep it all sorted. We aren't about big marketing campaigns. We just do our work and let that speak for itself. It’s a decent living and we like what we do. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work.
